This webinar aims to describe the Partnering with Faith-Based Organizations toolkit to guide and support public health agencies as they partner with faith-based organizations (FBOs) to support dementia family caregivers. For this webinar, we will introduce the toolkit and provide examples of where public health agencies are partnering with FBOs. Attendees will learn practical tips and tools to assess organizational readiness and develop the capacity to implement and sustain partnerships with places of worship.
