View Event & Registration Details

This is the tenth installment of our bi-monthly, roundtable series that showcases innovative, state-wide public health approaches for supporting dementia caregivers. Attendees will hear from Patricia Takawira, MPH and Maiyia Kasouaher, PhD, MA about dementia caregiving initiatives led through the Minnesota Department of Health including their current partnerships, collaborations, training modules, and more! Danette McCarthy, BA and Betsy Meyer, MHA will share about The Remember Project, which was founded to help build more dementia-capable communities by using the arts.

The Remember Project events help educate people about dementia by creating space for community to learn and share their experiences. This episode will follow a slightly different structure than those previous- it will include a theatrical performance put on by The Remember Project followed by an interactive community conversation.
