Health Equity Task Force
Centering Health Equity in Action
The PHCOE-DC Health Equity Task Force ensures that health equity is prioritized across the Center, emphasizing accessibility, inclusion, and empowerment of dementia caregivers in culturally diverse, under-resourced and underserved communities.
The team helps the Center identify, develop and disseminate culturally tailored and dementia caregiver-centered support to public health agencies. It also provides feedback on the Center’s engagement strategies to ensure the inclusion of diverse and minority-serving partners.
