Evidence-Based Support for Communities
Identifying, translating, and disseminating research findings and evidence-based public health best practices in dementia caregiving is a main goal of the PHCOE-DC. This page contains a collection of materials, tools, and best-practices that public health agencies can use to support family members, friends, and other unpaid individuals who care for people living with dementia in their communities.
Public Health and Faith – Part II
This is the second installment of the “Public Health and Faith” webinar series. The session will highlight the work of The Balm in Gilead, Inc., a national leading organization that brings together public health and faith to improve the health of communities of color. It will also showcase the partnership with the faith community at the Tennessee Department of Health.
