This session featured presentations about opportunities available for dementia education in primary care and explored how GWEPs can partner with public health departments, community-based organizations (CBOs), and primary care clinics. This session featured presentations from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and showcased examples of state-based partnerships in Oklahoma, Minnesota, and New York.
